1) Be authentic: We Maresians are an open, considerate and friendly community. Instead of pretending, show us who you truly are.

2) Provide Complete Information: To assess whether our expectations align, please always state your earliest availability and salary expectations. If it’s a part-time position, also specify your desired number of working hours.

3) Be concise: You resume should be as concise as possible but as comprehensive as necessary. To give us an initial impression, list and briefly describe the most important responsibilities of your recent jobs – it’s ok, if the information doesn’t fit on one page.
